How It Works

We’ve designed the process to make preserving your child’s special creations as easy as possible. Simply sort and label their artwork using the guides provided, carefully pack everything into the box, and let us know when you’re ready for collection.

Once your box reaches us, we’ll take care of the rest, transforming their artwork into a beautifully crafted keepsake that brings all those special memories together in one place. Take your time, follow each step below, and don’t hesitate to contact us if you need any assistance along the way.

Step 1

Complete the sorting form

Inside the envelope, you’ll find a “How to Sort and Label Your Box” form. Please complete a separate form for each child.

Step 2

Sort and label the artwork

Sort and label your artwork according to the instructions on the form, then place the stacked artwork inside the box.

STEP 3

Add more artwork

Would you like to add more art for R100 per 4 pages? Simply fill out the Description form to let us know.

Step 4

Seal your box

Seal the box by folding the side flaps into the bottom and securing all edges firmly with tape.

Step 5

Arrange your collection

When you’re ready, send us an email at info@littlemasterpieces.co.za with the date that suits you best, and we’ll schedule a courier collection from your home.

Step 6

We’ve received your artwork

You’ll be notified by email as soon as we receive your box of artwork.

Step 7

Updated invoice

If you’ve added any products to your order, we’ll send you an updated invoice. Please note that payment must be made before we can proceed.

Step 8

We create your Little Masterpiece

Our Masterpieces will work their magic to craft your timeless keepsake with care and creativity.
